Thank You in advance for your donation to the Recognition of the Labor of our farmers and their Families.Your donation will recognize Kentucky farmers for their contributions to our communities and enable the Kentucky Partnership to expand programs promoting Farm Safety, Education, Health Screenings and Wellness. Your donation of $30.00 entitles you to recognize either all Kentucky farmers, all farmers in a specific county or (1) individual farmer and his/her family.   Additional farmers may be recognized for an additional donation of $10.00 per farmer or farm family.  Please mark your choice below and if choosing to recognize an individual farmer/farm family, please provide that farmer/farm family information.
